Turnkey fire-protection installation.

We manage material supply from internationally certified sources, manufacturing, site installation and operational coordination in full alignment with approved engineering designs. All site work follows occupational health and safety requirements and is completed within the agreed budget and schedule. The systems are tested, commissioned and handed over in working order.

Site team installing fire-protection pipework in an industrial facility
Design, manufacturing and site installation culminate in testing, commissioning and operational handover.

Site implementation

End-to-end management and operational handover.

A carefully designed fire safety system comes to life through disciplined implementation on site. The turnkey installation model means that one team manages the project from beginning to end, coordinating the work and taking responsibility for delivery.

The scope includes testing and commissioning after installation, followed by handover of the systems in working order.

01

How is turnkey installation managed?

Successful site implementation follows systematic steps that turn engineering calculations into an installed system:

  1. Alignment with engineering designs

Site work is carried out in full alignment with previously approved engineering designs.

  2. End-to-end project management

Material supply from internationally certified sources, manufacturing, site installation and operational coordination are managed throughout the installation process.

  3. Occupational health and safety

All site work, including work at height and the use of scissor lifts, follows occupational health and safety requirements.

  4. Budget and schedule discipline

Implementation proceeds according to the budget and schedule agreed at the start of the project.

  5. Commissioned handover

All tests are completed for the installed fire pumps, pipework, detection panels and automation systems. The systems are commissioned and handed over to the customer fully operational and ready for use.

02

What needs attention during turnkey installation?

Several critical areas require attention to minimise the risks encountered during site assembly and installation:

Certified materials

The quality of each valve or sensor affects the performance of the whole system. Supplying fire-protection equipment from internationally certified sources is therefore essential.

Preventing coordination conflicts

Ventilation, electrical and architectural teams often work on site at the same time. Experienced teams must manage coordination throughout the project to prevent fire-protection pipework, particularly sloped sprinkler pipes, from conflicting with other disciplines.

Planning and cost control

Delayed deliveries can postpone a facility’s opening. Site teams must therefore follow the agreed programme and budget.

Turnkey installation solutions by facility type

Each building and industrial facility has different site implementation conditions:

Production facilities

Installation conditions
Factories commonly have high ceilings and heavy production lines. Manufacturing and installing large-diameter fire-water distribution pipes, such as 6"–8" mains, requires substantial site work. Installation uses work-at-height equipment and follows occupational health and safety requirements. The systems are filled with water, pump automation is installed, and they are handed over commissioned and operational.

Logistics and high-rack warehouses

Installation conditions
Rack installation and fire suppression work must proceed together. Roof-level sprinkler lines and in-rack pipework are synchronised with the logistics construction schedule. Water-flow tests at remote test valves and automation checks are completed as the system is commissioned.

Data centres and equipment rooms

Installation conditions
Installation is planned around the facility requirements for cleanliness, particles and contamination control. Pipe joints follow the selected system documentation and site conditions; suitable threaded or grooved connections are assessed. After manufacturing and installation, room-integrity door-fan tests and panel programming are completed, and the electronically commissioned system is handed over to the user.

Petrochemical facilities and flammable-material storage

Installation conditions
Explosion-protection requirements apply in these areas. Building foam rooms, installing foam tanks and setting up dedicated dosing pumps requires precise operational coordination. Performance tests with a water-foam mixture are completed, and the system is recorded in the handover documentation as commissioned and ready for use.

Turnkey installation covers the full process from design, supply, manufacturing and assembly through testing. The systems are commissioned and handed over in working order.
